• If pages of books are not in sequence.
• Missing an empty packet or some items.
• There is a significant difference in the Webdemy.in website compared to the product. (Excluding the outer body color of the product)

In any case if you have tried to make payment and the payment has failed and the amount has been deducted and your order has not been successful, then you shall contact us and we are bound to get your money deposited to your account back in 10 to 12 working days. Once the order is made successfully, it shall not be cancelled. So the user shall have to be solely and absolutely convinced about the product before he or she puts an order.
